01Our Services

AdyCore provides IT services such as product strategy, UI/UX design, website and web application development, cloud & DevOps, and software platforms for Bulk Mail and Bulk WhatsApp messaging. The exact scope, deliverables, timelines and price of a project are defined in the proposal, quotation or plan you accept.

02Accounts & Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use our services.
• You must provide accurate, current and complete information when you register or place an order.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity under your account.
• Tell us immediately at info@adycore.in if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

03Acceptable Use & Anti-Spam

Our Bulk Mail and Bulk WhatsApp tools must be used responsibly. You agree that you will not:

• Send messages to people who have not given clear consent (opt-in) to receive them.
• Use purchased, rented, scraped or third-party contact lists.
• Send spam, phishing, fraudulent, misleading, obscene, hateful or illegal content.
• Promote gambling, adult content, weapons, illegal drugs, or any product banned by law or by Meta's WhatsApp Business policies.
• Hide your identity, fake sender details, or leave out an unsubscribe / opt-out option in marketing emails.
• Try to hack, overload, reverse-engineer or disrupt our systems.

04Pricing, Payments & Refunds

Payments

• Prices are listed on our Pricing page or in your quotation, and are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
• Subscription plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis and renew automatically until cancelled.
• Project work is usually billed in milestones as agreed in the proposal.
• Late or failed payments may lead to paused services until dues are cleared.

Refunds

Message credits that have already been used, and project milestones that have already been delivered, are non-refundable. If you cancel a subscription, you can keep using it until the end of the current billing period. Any refund request must be sent within 7 days of payment and is reviewed case by case.

05Intellectual Property

Once you have paid in full for a custom project, you own the final deliverables created specifically for you (designs, code and content), unless the proposal says otherwise. AdyCore keeps ownership of its pre-existing tools, frameworks, libraries and know-how, and gives you a licence to use them as part of your deliverables.

Our website, brand, logo, software platforms and content are owned by AdyCore and may not be copied or reused without written permission. We may show non-confidential project work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

06Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep each other's confidential business information private and to use it only for the purpose of the project. How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

07Third-Party Services

Some of our services depend on third parties such as hosting providers, email delivery networks, payment gateways and the WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta). Their availability, pricing, approval of message templates and policy changes are outside our control, and we are not responsible for their outages or decisions.

08Warranties & Liability

We work hard to deliver high-quality, reliable services, but they are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific inbox placement, delivery rates, or business results from any campaign.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, AdyCore will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses (such as loss of profit, data or reputation). Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant service in the 3 months before the claim.

09Suspension & Termination

You may stop using our services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or if your use creates a legal or security risk. On termination, your right to use the services ends, and any unpaid amounts become due immediately.

10Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. We will first try to settle any dispute through friendly discussion. If that is not possible, the courts at Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

11Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continuing to use our services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
